Key Responsibilities:
- •Lead, mentor, and support a team across content, SEO and digital projects
- •Plan, assign, and track workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

- •Solid understanding of digital marketing and content operations

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Expert
Are you obsessed with rankings, traffic, and cracking the search algorithm? At IDER Solutions, a forward-thinking digital solutions provider, we're seeking an SEO, AEO & GEO Expert who can boost visibility across traditional search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered platforms, drive organic growth, and turn data into strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Review writer-produced SEO content in depth and collaborate with writers to refine it into top-ranked content across traditional search engines and AI-driven results
- •Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- •Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- •Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
- •Optimize content for answer engines (AEO), targeting featured snippets, "People Also Ask" boxes, and voice search results
- •Optimize content for generative engines (GEO) so it surfaces in AI-driven results like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- •Build and manage effective link-building and internal linking strategies
- •Optimize website content, structure, metadata, and schema markup for search and AI visibility
- •Track, analyze, and report on organic performance across search, answer, and generative channels using analytics tools
- •Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, AI search trends, and best practices
Requirements:
- •Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role
- •Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- •Understanding of AEO and GEO principles and how AI answer engines surface and cite content
- •Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Docs, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
- •Experience with WordPress and content management systems
- •Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, and content optimization
- •Familiarity with structured data and schema markup
- •Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- •Available for online meetings and remote collaboration

- •Produce original, human-written content, utilizing AI tools strictly for research purposes
Requirements:
- •Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role
- •Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- •Proficiency in WordPress content management or other
- •Familiarity with Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar writing tools
- •Ability to use AI-assisted tools effectively for research
- •Excellent command of English and attention to detail
- •Available for online meetings and remote collaboration
